Private Health Funds

Many Private health funds offer rebates for services provided by Exercise Physiologists. No referral is needed.

Medicare

Chronic Disease Management (CDM)

Any Client with a noted ailment or chronic condition is entitled to 5 visits on referral from a GP.

Type II Diabetes Exercise Group Classes

In this program, clients are entitled to 1 assessment and 8 group sessions. 

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health

Any Client with a noted ailment or chronic condition is entitled to 5 visits.

Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA)

MyEP can provide clinically necessary Rehabilitative treatment for DVA-entitled clients (Gold card and White card holders with a chronic condition) on referral from a GP.

The Man Plan

18 exercise sessions with a MyEP- Exercise Physiologist

To be eligible to participate in The Man Plan, you will require medical consent from your Specialist as well as already being prescribed LUCRIN. Consult with your Specialist to enrol.

EliPLUS Exercise Program

2 one-on-one exercise sessions with a MyEP- Exercise Physiologist

To be eligible to participate in the EliPLUS Exercise Program, you will require medical consent from your Specialist as well as already being prescribed ELIGARD. Consult with your Specialist to enrol.

Self Funded

If any of the above funds are not available to the client. The Private Health fund Fee will apply. No referral is needed.
